Before Your Visit
What to wear: Comfortable clothing. You'll remain fully dressed during your session. Avoid activewear with metal fibers (some brands like Lululemon infuse metal into fabrics, which can cause discomfort). Remove jewelry near the pelvic area. If you're unsure about your clothing, we'll provide a treatment garment.
Session length: Each treatment takes approximately 30 minutes. Plan for a few extra minutes on your first visit so we can discuss your goals and get you settled.
Before you arrive: Please stop by the restroom to empty your bladder before treatment for the most comfortable experience.
Cancellation policy: We ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a $25 fee.
