What should I expect during a session?

You sit fully clothed in the chair for approximately 30 minutes. The chair generates electromagnetic pulses that contract your pelvic floor muscles automatically. Do I need to do anything before my appointment?

Please complete our digital waiver and health screening online before your visit. Stop by the restroom to empty your bladder before treatment for the most comfortable experience. For your first session, plan to arrive a few minutes early so we can discuss your goals.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations may be subject to a $25 fee. We understand things come up — just give us a call or text and we will work with you.
